One block from all Wickenden Street and Fox Point has to offer and very convenient to major highways, India Point Park, the East Bay Bike Path, Brown University, RISD, Trader Joe's, College Hill, Jewelry District, Wayland Square, etc! The unit is the third floor of a newly painted triple decker and boasts three bedrooms; two are similar in size and one is slightly smaller and could be used as an office or additional bedroom (all fit a queen bed). The front of the unit is a light-filled family room and the back is a large eat-in kitchen with attached oversized pantry. Back windows have a water view of the Providence River where Newport ferries dock in the summer. There is one full bathroom. Flooring and painting is brand new. There is storage space on both stairwell landings (front and back), a large stairwell closet, and in the basement. Green outdoor space in back with shared grill and patio furniture. Coin-op laundry in basement. One parking spot in driveway included. Pets approved on a case-by-case basis. Landlords are normal working people (teachers!) who live nearby, not a faceless, unresponsive company. The building is quiet with residents who look out for each other. The leases have traditionally run on the academic calendar (September to September) but we are open to short term rentals as well. Owner pays sewer and water; tenant pays all other utilities.
