A steal on this APPROVED short sale. When I say approved I mean, another offer was made and although the bank wouldn't accept it, it did get us to the point of approval so now we need a new buyer. SKIP THE WASTED TIME with those other short sales. Cute house. Needs a little "clean up" but has a newer roof and windows and really is a cute little thing. A $5,000 short sale negotiation fee must be paid by the buyer and shall be paid at closing on the HUD but cannot be included in the purchase price.
