Our spacious home resides one mile from the town of Woodstock, near the golf course, off Route 375, just south of Route 212. This carefully cared for, recently renovated abode offers the best of all worlds, privacy when desired, and 3 other friendly folks to share with, when in the mood to socialize. Smoking, if any, is done outside. No pets, please. Each housemate has their own refrigerator, and kitchen cabinets. The available living space is a bedroom 13'x16', with a 9 ft. closet. Common areas are the sun porch, living room with a fireplace, dining room, and a good-sized kitchen. Our home has 2 full bathrooms, each shared with one other. The back yard contains a sauna operating June through September, picnic table with a barbecue, fire circle with cord wood, and veggie gardening space. Rent for the furnished room / house-share is $850 per month. Security is $850. Thus, total money paid at lease signing is $1,700. Though the lease is monthly, kind, clean, quiet, and tidy folks, living free of clutter, are welcome to stay as long as they like. Utilities, use of laundry machines, and wireless internet are included. Room has its own thermostats, controlling heating and air conditioning. The common areas are air conditioned, as well. Snow removal, appliances, an excellent drinking water filtration system, kitchenware, landscape maintenance, refuse pick up, dish soap, cleaning supplies, trash pale liners, paper towels, and toilet paper are included. Friends of house mates are welcome to stay over on an occasional basis, about 4 nights per month. The house share is for 1 person. On site parking is provided for those with a car. If using public transportation, UCAT is nearby. An organized system, with rotating chores, keeps the place quite clean, and tidy.
