One bedroom, one bath guest house with private entrance and backyard. Bedroom has a queen bed, and living room has a pull out queen-sized sofa bed. Guests enjoy a serene retreat with outdoor dining space. Dedicated two car tandem-parking area reserved for guests. The guest house is adjoined to the main house, where we live. The walls are soundproofed but are still shared so here may be some noise audible on occasion. Walking distance to downtown and John Muir Hospital (1mi each). All bills included. One-month's rent for deposit required. Pets ok, but additional $500 deposit required 30-day minimum lease; month-to-month possible depending on availability
