All furniture, beds, batteries, cardboard must be taken to the nearby town recycling center. Pets: Owners have pets, however, no pets are allowed in the rental unit(s). Smoking: No smoking is allowed on deck/porches or in the buildings. If tenants or their visitors smoke, they must be respectful of the property and use fire resistant containers for disposal of all smoking materials. Use of recreational or illegal drugs on the property or in the units is prohibited. Rental is for Residential Unit only - no business use is permitted, with the exception of tenants working remotely. Cable & Wi-fi internet are currently available as the owners have these services in the building. Changes may occur if owners move, change services, providers or plans. These services are offered as a convenience only while the owners have the current services, but are NOT included in the rental fee. Tenant(s) will be responsible for contracting cable/internet service if changes occur, or if they require other/additional services.
