There are two bathrooms, one off of the master and the other is accessible from the living room. The backyard is fenced and we do allow dogs. There is a shaded deck and a firepit in the back yard. The front porch is a delightful place for morning coffee. Walking distance to the waterfront, and biking distance to downtown Main Street-plenty of shops & restaurants, farmers markets and activities. A short drive to 2 world renown beaches, Honeymoon Island and Clearwater Beach. . We will allow 1 pet. The house has a fenced yard and is good for a dog. We require you to place utilities in your name, unless your rental period is less that 12 months. The house is furnished. We do require a security deposit of $2500 and an additional $1000 for pet.
