    What the owner loves about this home
    Over the 20+ years I’ve owned this condo, I’ve enjoyed staying at the Sands because of the location to the beach, collegian Plaza, and access to all the bike paths. It’s one of those places you can park your car and walk bike to everything you need. The beach is a four minute walk. There are plenty of places for coffee, ice cream and multiple restaurants/and shops. The new celebration Park has festivals, concerts and other entertainment venues is just a short walk down Lagoon Road.
