MID-TERM RENTAL. Fully Furnished Short Term Rental available for up to 6 months only! The condo is located in a beautiful area near Lake Como and just a short ride to downtown Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. The area has amazing restaurants, shopping, and activities within a short distance of the condo. It is ideal for a temporary job placement or while building your new home in the area. The earliest availability at this moment is Tuesday, October 22, 2024. The community pool is open seasonally and may or may not be available during your lease term. All utilities are included such as Electric, Heat, Air Conditioning, Wi-Fi, & Spectrum Cable TV. Two bedrooms will sleep up to 4 guests. The main bedroom has a king bed and the guest bedroom has a Queen bed. We have a Smart TV in the living room and a Roku box on the main bedroom TV. There is a shared coin laundry on the first floor of the building. The condo is beautifully decorated and furnished for your comfort. There are plenty of parking spaces available. There are exterior stairs to enter the building and interior stairs to get to the front door of this condominium. There is not an elevator! An application is required to apply for the condominium. We will ask for a security deposit and the first month's rent for occupancy. LANDLORD PAYS FOR: Electric, Water, Wi-Fi High-Speed Internet, and Spectrum Cable Service. LANDLORD WILL PROVIDE: Sheets, quilts, blankets, and bath towels are included only if needed. However, the washing and upkeep of those linens are not included in the monthly rent. A coin laundry facility is on the lower level of the building. If you don't need our linens, we can take them out of the condo during your lease stay. NO PETS ALLOWED! Per association policy and rules. NO SMOKING! No smoking or vaping inside the common areas of the building, inside the condo, or on the balcony. NO TRUCKS, CAMPERS, or TRAILERS can be parked on the premises. LEASE REQUIRED! The maximum lease is 8 months. The property is used as a short-term rental during the summer season. SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED! RENTERS INSURANCE REQUIRED! MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The legal occupancy for this condo is up to 6 people, we prefer 4.
