There is a washer and dryer on my floor that is shared with 7 other units. There is a very convenient parking garage across the street and you can pay $90/month for unlimited access to go in and out of. Renting for 4 months Starting Nov 1. This can be longer or shorter and dates are flexible with a few weeks of the terms stated. Short term lease and renters are responsible for electric for roughly $70 for the month.
