    I have owned this gorgeous nearly 1,400 square foot modular home since it was new. The home was built 2019 and remained empty until I purchased it for my elderly parents Nov-2019. I had central AC, a LED dusk/dawn parking lamp post and a shed with full electric and LED lighting installed before moving in Jan-2020. The stove/oven and dishwasher have only been used a few times. My elderly parents could not fully care for themselves, so food was brought in. All vegetation are evergreens for year-round color and beauty – as well as low maintenance. The front lawn is well seeded and fertilized and maintains well. Large stepping blocks also lined with aluminum edging run from the driveway to the side door and from the front porch to the street. The home has been lived in a total of three of its four young years as it was empty between moving my parents. I am selling the house fully furnished (Optional) - including the washer and dryer. The house has gas heat, a gas stove and water heater (very efficient and inexpensive). The home is solidly built with 2X6 studs and thick insulation - as such the home holds its heat and AC very well. All new custom Levolor blinds were installed Jun-2022 on every window. The home sits back facing Atsion Road across from a private wooded lot. This home has no property taxes or water or sewer bills as it is part of Oakview Village. The only monthly bill is the lot fee. The Atlantic City Electric and South Jersey Gas bills run extremely low for a home of this size. Shamong has remained one of the safest and top tier towns to live in New Jersey for decades. The home is nestled in the Wharton State Forest and all its beauty. Quiet and serene living only a few miles from central Medford. A short 60-minute ride to Atlantic City and other favorite shore points.
