My roommate is moving out and I'm looking to sublet their room between 5/1 - 8/31 (dates negotiable). Potential to sign on to a new lease as well. Rent is $1350/mo. We cover gas, electricity, and internet. The room is on the second floor and will be furnished for a subletter. I'm willing to negotiate on rent to fill the room more quickly. The apartment is located in the Springhill neighborhood. It is part of a duplex with a large driveway (parking included). It is a ~15 minute walk from Porter Square and Union Square (red/green lines), and nearby bus stops for the 83/87 that can be used to get to the trains as well. There is a in unit washer/dryer and dishwasher. We have a large kitchen and living room for this unit, and a shared back patio with the other unit. We also share a locked storage room on the porch. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. No smoking allowed inside. New tenants will need to show landlords proof of income to be accepted. At sign on, first month rent and safety deposit ($750) is needed. Subletters will also need to include last months rent.
