AMAZING location with Ocean and Harbor views plus your own private beach and jetty. The views are stunning and you can see the water from almost every room. It's very spacious and bright. Gorgeous sunsets in the evenings. It has a bedroom with a queen bed. Large living area with 2 chaises in one area and then 2 couches and TV. Fully stocked large kitchen and dining room. Full laundry. Private on site parking. Large sliders that open up throughout the house for a beautiful breeze. It is a very private one of a kind property that is stunning. The location is so convenient- Trader Joe's, Whole Foods and Target is 1.5 miles away. You can walk to many restaurants. Everyone who steps foot on our property falls in love with it. many other public beaches nearby and everything else you need. The ferries to Nantucket and Marthas Vineyard are just a quick walk away. You would not be disappointed if you rented this. First and Last month's rent is required. This rental is for two people. The space is bigger and also has a room with 2 twin beds, but if you needed that space as well the rental would be an additional fee. I would consider a pet because I LOVE dogs. NO smoking on the premises.
