Pets will be a $250 deposit if needed. I am looking for a kind and respectful tenant/tenants for this house that are willing to comply with simple ask for example a clean no smoking indoor house hold interment that includes no smoking indoors and a sanitary environment . I do allow more than one cosigner/roommate i would expect all to treat my property the way i have treated my property, I am very lenient on partys, friends over, and pets will be aloud for safety deposit charge of $250 a if agreed upon.
