Applicants and Co-Applicants must submit 1040 tax returns along with W-2's or 1099's for the past two years (must be documented income). Unemployment is not considered documented income. Must submit two consecutive current paystubs. Co-signers are NOT acceptable for tenancy. Employment verification must be completed and signed by the employer. All income verification must be notarized/corporate seal on corporate letterhead. The letter must include position, hourly rate, annual rate, and length of employment with the company. Non-Resident and Out of State Resident: Must submit a notarized letter on company letterhead and a Promise of Employment to include Salary and Benefits for the upcoming year. In addition, two previous paystubs from a prior employer are required. Emotional Support Animal/Service Animal Mandatory Requirements: Current Vet Records with all vaccines up to date. Emotional Support/Service Animal Registration Certificate with photo. Medical Letter from treating physician. Approval from Corporate Attorney.
