    Disclaimer - I want to apologize to all those inquiring to the ad the first time I advertised it last week but needed to bring the ad down. I mistakenly had it as s 2 bed/2bath and its actually a 1 bed/2bath. Everything else is accurate. A wonderful home for a couple or single person! 21 San Benito has been completely renovated on the inside including high end stainless steel appliances, new floor cover, windows, paint, some minor re-arrangement of walls, lighting, etc. This property is a cozy 2 level cottage style single family home nestled in the foot hills of Brisbane. It comes with a single car parking spot just off the winding road with a pathway that leads approximately 20 yards down the steps to the wood porch/front door. This is a very private setting where you are surrounded by trees and tall shrubs. There are 2 small meditating areas the property. After a long tough and stressful work week and fighting traffic all the way home you can only imagine how this place will allow you to decompress and enjoy the "sounds" around you vs the "noise" of the week. If you are prone to allergies to quiet wooded areas with many species of plants, bushes, and flowers then this place might not be right for you. But, having said that, if you enjoy winding down from a long day and enjoy being surrounded by the ambiance of nature including a secluded space to just sit and meditate or read then this might very well be what you need.
