This home is so well maintained with its hardwood floors and arched doorways loads of charm & located on a "one way" street, which is great if your looking for a quiet place to live. If needed it can stay furnished. Tenant to pay all utilities except Sewer and Lawn care. (which is also great because it has a HUGE yard) so you get to enjoy the yard but don't have to cut or maintain it... sounds like paradise to ME !! I could have sat on that porch all day birds chirping & sun shining. what a beautiful area!
