What is the apartment like? Location is very convenient; just a few blocks away from Kingston High School and HealthAlliance Hospital -- plus all the new shops, bars, galleries, and cafes in Midtown. Also, 5-10 minutes away from both the Rondout Waterfront and Historic Uptown Kingston! Located on a quiet street, the apartment is professionally managed by an experienced property manager. Washer and dryer in-unit! Spacious living room and a nice-sized backyard with a landscaped garden area. There is a small bonus room off one of the bedrooms which could function as a home office! The interior has been painted with paint that does not contain any volatile organic compounds (no-VOC), to promote a better level of indoor air quality and a healthy environment. All entrances have electronic, keyless entry so you never have to worry about losing your keys or getting locked out! Off-street parking rights go with this unit; there is room for one, possibly two cars, in the driveway. This is the downstairs unit of a duplex.
