The upstairs has two bedrooms with an unfinished bathroom with a shower in the hallway. The downstairs kitchen needs new cabinets. All rooms in the house except for the kitchen have had drywall installed. The dining room is not finished and needs a new ceiling put in (we planned on putting a drop ceiling in simply because the pipes in the bathroom upstairs ran through the ceiling of the dining room downstairs. It would have gave us easier access to the piping if we chose to put a bathroom upstairs). The bathroom has new wall tiles and new floor tiles but it would be considered a half bath mostly due to its size. Though it still has a bathtub/shower with a sink and a toilet. A new roof was installed in October 2016. The crawl space underneath the house is completely renovated by the Basement Doctors (with a 20 year warranty included with the purchase of the home) in November 2016. One of the main issues with the home is it has no central air. Also the gas pipes underneath the house aren't up to code according to Columbia Gas. The living room, dining room, the hallway upstairs plus both the bedrooms have had the windows renovated. The backyard has what you would call a garage for storage space but it is not meant for vehicles. I will have photos of the garage (outside and inside) very soon. I will say that the garage (so to speak) was actually a Fruit Stand a long time ago. You can actually still see the painting of advertisements on the unit itself. Due to money constraints we weren't able to finish the entire house to our liking. However, in the seven years that we've lived on this property we put nearly $65,000 in home repairs, remodels and renovations. Due to the lack of proper Heating and Cooling a price reduction felt appropriate. $90, 000 is the lowest we will go.
