Thanks I have a nicely furnished Asbury Park studio w/small balcony (7th Ave - two blocks from beach) that I only use half of each month. I am looking to find a long-term tenant to rent the apt the OTHER HALF of each month Sublet lease could start March 1 or April 1. This offer is only for singles (sorry, no couples - it's just a studio) who don't use drugs or smoke. A friendly dog is welcome (I have one when I'm there). I'm a mid-40s man who works in NYC part-time. I am very neat & clean and am looking for the same. Every time you arrive the apt will be clean and I'd expect the same back. Since we'd share the same bed you'd need your own set of sheets. I'd remove my sheets/pillow cases each time I leave. There is a pull-out couch for if you have a friend over. Listed monthly rent includes ALL utilities Full cable TV, WiFi, and a desk with desktop computer/printer. There is laundry in the basement. This apt is on the 2nd floor of a small walk-up. You'd have your own closet and I'd use the other closet. This low-rise walk-up building is GREAT - fell in love with it upon first visit. True Asbury Park charm. Important: You'd need street parking. I get one assigned building parking spot that comes with a required sticker we can't share. Possibly you can get Asbury Park resident status so free street parking but I'm not sure.
