There is a HOA so you must keep up with the lawn and abide by the neighborhood rules. Monthly inspections will be completed during rent pick up to include changing AC filters. It is paramount this home be taken care of. I will NOT allow this home to be trashed. No smoking inside. Rent will be due between the 1st-5th. Late fees will be collected if paid after the 5th.
