Stainless steel appliances, ceiling fan in the bedroom and an air conditioner in the living room. The heat and water is included. You pay electric. You get 1 parking space and 1 storage space. No animals allowed without management permission and additional fees. With all of our apartments we do a credit/background check. You must have good credit. No bankruptcies less than a year, no recent judgments or repossessions. Student loans can not be in default. Income needs to be 3.5 times the monthly rent and verifiable. Unemployment and cash payments are not acceptable forms of income. The application fee is $35.00. 1 month security deposit is required, and 1 month rent to move in. All initial leases are 1 year.
