This property is very close to the Santa Cruz UPPER HARBOR and an easy walk to the beach by O'Neils Restaurant. There is also another nice building on the property that contains a (rented) 1 bedroom ADU with an outside shower. There is also a laundry room, work shop, and storage area in that structure. The square footage of the "garage" might not be accurate.....I suspect that the "garage building" is larger than 396 sq. footage.
