This apartment has a queen size bed in the master bedroom that has a walk in closet and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a full size bathroom in the hallway. Living room has two full size sofa cum bed. Very comfortable for total of 4 people to stay in the apartment. Additional cost of $125 for attached garage that is enclosed. Laundramat is 2 mins away from the apartment. Additional $50 for laundry access that is in the building. Wired for both comcast or fios. Currently due to covid I need to have the apartment showed by my tenants so advance notice of 72 hours is needed. The heat is centralized each unit has thier own water boiler and furnace. The tenant will share utilities and internet costs with the other two roommates. The other two tenants are the ones looking for roommates. I am helping them look and I am the landlord. It can be a single person who wants to rent the room or even if two people want to share the room. Vegetarian roommates as the other tenants are vegetarians.
