It is a quiet and peaceful complex with a laundry facility onsite along with a swimming pool. We are located on the KU Bus route which is a 3 minute walk from the apartment complex. Utilities are paid separately (Water, gas & electricity) by the resident. No smoking allowed. Lease would be from August 1st, 2025 to end of July 2026 with option to renew for an additional year.
