You would have sole use of the hallway bathroom (the second bathroom is attached to my room - bedroom 2 in the photos). Electric/internet/trash average around $260 per month for the whole house. The landlord is responsible for gas (heat and hot water), water/sewer, and lawn maintenance. The common space is furnished, but you are welcome to bring additional furniture if you want. The bedroom can come unfurnished or with a bed frame and mattress.
