Because this is a rare downtown TC home with an attached garage, the fenced-in backyard is larger than usual and wide open for game-playing and fun. The location: You're a 5-block walk to the nearest Lake Michigan beach (and the TART Trails), a 9-block walk to the downtown restaurants, bars and shops on Front Street, a 10-minute drive to the wineries on Old Mission, 20-minute drive to the Horse Show grounds, a 20-minute drive to Suttons Bay and the beauty of Leelanau Peninsula, a 22-minute drive to Interlochen Center for the Arts, and a 35-minute drive to Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. You're situated smack dab in the center of one of the most beautiful places on the planet. Lease duration: September 14th through May 31st or June 15th.
