New metal roof put on in 2005. New deck built in front of the house with handicap accessible ramp. Deck area is covered. A new shed built in 2001 is located on the left side of the house. 4 pine trees that were probably as old as the house were removed to prevent limps, branches and or the entire tree from falling on the house. This house has never had much of a grassy yard due to the pine needles from the trees. Now that there are no trees the grass is beautiful and green.
