Large windows provide an abundance of natural light, and a view of mature trees and flowering plants. Outdoor seating on screened parch and terrace is private and rich with bird song. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and serving meals. Appliances were recently updated. Furnishings are mid-century modern. Bedding, bath, and kitchen linens are provided. Attached small garage has a full refrigerator and workbench. Owners of the property live next door, and respect the privacy of tenants, but are available to help, or just to be good neighbors. Utilities not included. Internet service and yard maintenance provided by home owner. Last month's rent due on signing. No smoking.
