Tenant pays all utilities and completed yard work as well as snow removal. All must be completed timely as requested by owner or owner will have someone do it and add it to the next months rent. No pets or smoking inside the home. Basement and garage are not accessible to tenant and owner come and goes freely to access the garage at times. Parking is off the street in a driveway and enough for 2-4 vehicles. Also have parking on the far side of the street.
