Pets okay upon approval. You must pay a non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet. We are large dog friendly. However, you must obtain and keep renters insurance policy that specifically covers dogs. Home has one-car garage and washer/dryer hookups. You must bring your own machines! Move In Requirements: Must make at least 2x times the monthly rent (gross monthly income of $3500 must be verifiable) Must have a credit rating of 620+ Must pay first month rent and security deposit to move in Pets OK with preapproval and non-refundable $250 fee per pet Tenant responsible for lawn care, trash removal, water, sewer, electric, cable, and internet. Rent is $1750 per month. The house has washer and dryer hookups. You will need to bring your own machines. Smoking allowed on the property, but not inside the home. If you smoke, you must properly dispose of all cigarette butts in a tenant-provided receptacle. Pets allowed with pre-approval and non-refundable pet fees paid before move in. First month and security deposit required to move in. Total for move in = $3500 plus any pet fees. Duke Energy is the electric provider and CSWR is the water provider.
