Unregistered overnight guests staying in excess of 5 nights must be disclosed to the owner. No parties, special events, ticketed events, commercial photography or usage are allowed without advance and explicit consent from the landlord. Absolutely no rough-housing, playfighting is allowed anywhere on the premises. Tenant agrees that Landlord shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to Tenant, Tenant's family, guests, invitees, or property, occurring on or about the leased premises, unless caused by the Landlord's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
