This is a multi family dwellings. There are two houses in one lot and the guest house is been rented at $675. Great for a family looking to use the income from the rental to pay the mortgage. My mortgage, taxes and homeowner insurance monthly amount to $629. The rental from the guest house pays for it and any additional payment I make goes towards my principal. I am basically not paying anything living in my house. For 5 years, I have not paid a dime from my pocket!!! The Zestimates of the property is inaccurate because it is based on the value of only the main building when the lot was listed as a single family unit. Now, the lot has been rectified by the Roswell zoning department and changed to multi family dwellings. The appraisal of the guest house is now inclusive in the overall value of the property. I am moving to Florida and I wish I can take the house with me, but unfortunately I cannot. Let my loss be your gain.
