Hardwood floors, all new energy star stainless steel appliances, granite, Italian tile, new wiring, new plumbing, new windows, new heating and air, mounted 42 inch lcd tv, surround sound speakers...you get the idea! Washer and dryer and off-street parking included. All utilites (water, electricity, high speed internet and cable) are included. I am a 26 year old young professional in the area and prefer either grad students or other young professionals for the other bedroom. I have lived with both males and females without issue so either is ok. I work hard during the week but definitely enjoy going out on weekends and would like roommates who are similar. I enjoy having some drinks every now and then but the house is no smoking. I also enjoy sports, music, working out, being outside, etc. Must be pet friendly as there will most likely be a dog in the house.
