Surrounding the condo, you will find lush mature foliage and vegetation throughout the community. Walking paths between the complexes provide a short cut to get to your destinations quickly. When staying at the property you are also given the foot gate keys to access the surrounding Truman Annex pedestrian gates throughout the day and night. The community pool is also a great way to spend the afternoon. The pool is a great size and offers almost full day of sun. The pool area has plenty of loungers for you to enjoy the day basking in the tropical weather! When choosing a place to stay in Key West, its important to find a location that offers quick access to everything. So you can chose to leave the car in the parking spot and experience Key West on foot or bike! This condo is located less than 2 blocks to Truman's Little Whitehouse and the famous Green Parrot. It is less than 1 mile to Fort Zachary Taylor (Beach), Mallory Square, Duval Street, Southernmost Tip of the US, Hemingway House, and a 10 minute walk to the historic seaport located in the heart of Old Town, and SO much more. Home has brand new impact doors and windows as of December of 2024. Unit comes with 1 parking space right in front of entry! Through 2025 Owner can lease for 26 weekly rentals for the year. License may convey to new owner. At the end of 2025, the transient license expires. The city may renegotiate but that is still undetermined. HOA dues are to be reduced to $1020 as of July 1, but are currently $2620. Property is currently Vrbo rental booked through April and listings would convey to Buyer's.
