Thus, it is quiet and private with wonderful views of the hills and mountains yet not remote or isolated and only a few minutes to Carmel Valley Village. This property is located on the north and sunny side of Carmel Valley, a bit east of the Village. The Carmel Valley Village offers many restaurants, a few markets, art galleries, a library, a park, a post office, and gas stations. We are just 13 miles from Carmel, 18 miles from Monterey and 20 miles from Salinas. It is perfect for a responsible, quiet, and clean person who is currently employed. The unit is best for one person, not two or more. There is a small fee for shared utilities (water, heat, power, trash pickup). One can easily get their own high-speed Xfinity Internet here.
