The front yard is shaded by a massive dawn redwood that has been a favorite for hanging swings. There is an additional planting bed area surrounding it that has typically rotated through annuals. The covered carport is large enough for 2 large vehicles and has an additional storage compartment which has served us well as a place for tools, construction/seasonal materials, and even small bikes. All in all, this home is a wonderful place to raise children or to settle in to a great neighborhood. Closing cost savings as well without realtor fees!
