Hethwood is a Family/Professional/Graduate student community- no undergraduates allowed, so it stays quiet. Rent is $839/mo + $10/mo if you have a pet. Our building is full of friendly residents that have not caused any problems (and never had any problems with us). Our apartment is very well maintained. We are neat, non-smokers, and have taken great care to clean up after ourselves and our puppy. The maintenance staff is fast, and the friendliest I've ever worked with- same goes with the Welcome Center. We have no complaints about this place. My husband and I are looking to move to Christiansburg ASAP, and need to find someone to take over the apartment (NOT a sublease) before the end of this month.
