The Aldea building is located on beautiful Belleair Beach which is an upscale residential area but close to tons of shops & restaurants! This condo has 1 queen and 1 twin bed in the bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, and washer dryer. Two assigned parking spaces. This is a short term vacation rental and is currently open for most of the summer and autumn. If you are interested in the winter months though, the rate is higher ($3500 per month) and there is a 3 mo. minimum that time of year.
