Master Bedroom -King bed -Attached master bathroom with shower & tub -Juliette balcony -Walk-in closet -Desk and chair -Smart TV Guest Bedroom -Queen bed -Bathroom with shower directly across from room -Large closet with plenty of storage The building itself is very quiet - I never hear neighbors; so I'm looking for someone that will also respect the quietness of the building and keep the apartment clean. No parties. $2900/month plus electricity & internet. All other utilities included. Contract lease flexible. Ideally Nov. 1st for one year but open to less. No smoking. No parties. Prefer no pets but am willing to negotiate. Indoor parking spaces for 2 cars. Ample street parking.
