I am placing this unit up for rent (6 month-12 month lease) beginning January 1, 2022. This pet friendly fifth story unit offers a wonderful ocean view, views of the Jacksonville Beach skyline and pool access. The unit was updated in the early to mid 2000s. I have since added a new refrigerator, air conditioner and washer/dryer in the the time period 2015 to present. In 2019-2020 the building underwent a multimillionaire renovation predominately focusing on the exterior. Some benefits of this unit include: 1. Quiet - I have never had issues with noise. The neighbors are friendly and very respectful towards one another. 2. Location - The building is one of the closest buildings to Butler Blvd. in Jacksonville Beach. There is fast access to Mayo Clinic, the Jacksonville Town Center and downtown Jacksonville. 3. Easy Access Building - Time travel from the condo unit to car door is minimal. The unit includes one designated parking spot; however, there are ample overflow spots consistently available. The $3300 a month includes rent, the HOA fee and the water bill. The tenant will pay cable/internet and the electric bill. In the unlikely event there is an issue with the unit we are in the area and will be able to address it quickly if need be.
