Tenants will pay all utilities we do not furnish any at this time. Must meet qualifications on income, need monthly income of 3 times the rental amount will verifiy information, we run a crimainal background check the fee for this is $30 per adult (18 and older) and do a previous rental screening. We do have a NO pet policy; will make exception if needed medically (will need paperwork from a Doctor)then we do have other pet qualifications that must be met for the animal.
