The owner of this unit not only completely upgraded some years back but has meticulously maintained it even as a rental. The kitchen features granite counter tops including a breakfast bar added that is not common in these units. The living room has wood flooring and a gas fireplace with plenty of natural lighting. There's newer carpet that was recently freshly cleaned for the next tenant and the place was just repainted. This is a TRUE 10! PLEASE have good credit and references.
