Shorter term rental. I d like to sublet my apartment for a few months This is an amazing view apartment with a huge outdoor patio balcony. 1+1 with parking and laundry. I m hoping to find a, clean responsible person to sublet it while I fulfill my lease obligation on another place. I m deeply discounting the rent for short term, so I can't discount it more, please don't ask. I have a few sparse things there as I never fully moved in. This could be 2-4 months, or more. We can meet in person to see the place. I ve already put utilize in my name, but you can reimburse me.
