The apartment is not furnished. Eligible tenants must have good credit score, no prior evictions, and make three times rent in monthly income (may combine incomes of tenants living in unit to meet amount). Must tour before application is accepted. Tours are on a limited basis for serious inquiries, as our current tenant is still living here. 1 cat permitted with nonrefundable $500 deposit. Small dogs will be considered on a case by case basis with $500 nonrefundable deposit. One dog per apartment.
