An electric range and refrigerator are provided. Both Verizon and Comcast are available to the house for a high speed internet connection. The front and back yards are fenced in if you have a small or medium sized dog. There is a shed in the back yard for storing a lawnmower and other miscellaneous items. Tenant pays for all utilities.
