Stonewood Apartments-Metro Properties Unit. Rent- $695. Security deposit was $150 for me but that was 5 years ago, I'm honestly not sure if it's risen since then. Garbage/Sewage included. Utilities NOT included. Water bill is every other month and never exceeded $50 for me. Electric bill varied with the seasons. Summer-$40-$50, Winter-$50-70 for me. Off street parking lot. I never had pets or smoked in this unit.
