There are mature shade trees in the backyard as well as around the whole property. Numerous large windows and stylish lighting keep this space bright and cheerful. The location is perfect for getting downtown with the I-70 onramp just a few blocks away. Easy access to the Highlands and Berkley neighborhoods where you will find tons of great independent shops and restaurants. Rocky Mountain Lake Park and Berkley Lake Park are nearby and offer fishing, hiking, picnicking, and sports fields.
