Looking for a roommate to fill the first floor room with a private bathroom, kitchenette(Separate sink and counter), and walk-in closet. We're 2 young professional guys aged 31 and are very chill and clean! Lease is to the end of June 2026. Looking for another responsible working professional around the same age to join us. I also have two bengal cats. Both are still very young and under 2 years old. They are both extremely nice, well-trained, and friendly. Don't worry if you're allergic because they are hypoallergenic. No garage parking included. There is plenty of street parking during the day, but can get packed at night. Lease is ending on August 1st. We'll most likely find another home in Irvine or surrounding areas.
