At that time, new plumbing, hvac, electrical, spray foam insulation, siding, windows, roof and front/side porches were added. Partial electrical, plumbing, framing and insulation were started in the basement before becoming aware that it leaked. A picture of the bid from Helitech is shown and I can share the entire estimate upon request. The house needs minor repairs such as installation/caulk/painting of trim/doors if you do not like the ones included, drywall patch/repair at front door where I removed shiplap, completion of shiplap in laundry room, touch up painting of walls, exterior rail/step repair, yardwork, etc.
