The house sits in a quiet neighborhood with a local park and elementary school and the lot is a very deep with a front porch and nice shade trees to watch the birds and squirrels. There are two small 8x9 bedrooms with 2 single beds and a 10x20 master bedroom with a fireplace and a queen size bed and a large closet. All upscale bedding, linens, kitchen supplies and laundry are on site.The place was designed with the short stay traveler in mind who might be settling into a new job or transitioning to a new house. It is a hotel alternative at an affordable rate of $60 - $75 per night and far more cozy and personal! The cottage sleeps 4 persons and extra persons are $15 extra per night.
